I'm a fitness coach based in Doha, Qatar. I've spent over a decade helping people in their 40s and beyond get stronger and stop starting over. At some point I needed an online presence — something that actually reflected what I do, without costing a fortune or looking like every other coaching site. I couldn't find that. So I built it myself.
